Shendame Rkatsiteli Qvervi 2022

100% Rkatsiteli, one of the world's oldest grape varieties tracing back to 3000 B.C. in Eastern Georgia. Aged on skins for 6 months in Qvervi clay pots - ancient, natural maceration and filtration process.

This wine awakens the senses - fresh quince and white peach, layered with beeswax and crisp green apple. Incredible structure, dry finish. A stunning, vibrant Georgian amber wine.

Winemaker’s Tasting NotesRkatsiteli wines made in Qvevri have a complex texture harmonized by a robust tannin framework. The finale is pristine, accentuating the wine’s vibrant fruit core and leaving behind a delightful, lasting echo.

Kissy Kisi Qvervri 2022

100% Kisi, a rare variety only grown in the Kakheti region. Dates back centuries, but almost extinct by the year 2000. Fermented in Qvevri (traditional Georgian clay) to amplify the natural, enchanting forest fruit and exotic spice aromatics.

Its amber color captivates, with lush fruit, balanced complexity, and rich tannins. A deliciously perfect example of a traditional Georgian amber wine.

Winemaker’s Tasting NotesWhen smelling Kissy, you will almost entirely be sure that it is going to be a sweet wine, but you will be pleasantly surprised that it is dry and refreshing with stunning aromas.

Shavi Saperavi Qvevri 2022

Sourced from Kakheti region and made from 100% Saperavi, one of the few Georgian grapes with dark skin and flesh. Fermented in buried traditional Georgian egg-shaped clay, mirroring the ancient winemaking traditions of 8,000 years ago.

Rich fruit character, balanced acidity, and enticing dark berry aromas, complemented by licorice, tobacco, and chocolate. A powerful testament to its refined heritage and exquisite craftsmanship.

Winemaker’s Tasting NotesDisplaying an intense berry fruit character with plenty of bright and rich flavors. Wine stands well on its own and is food friendly, best served with meat, grilled vegetables, and cheese.
