93 points, Vinous MediaWith a delicate, vibrant mousse, it has a well-defined yet subtle bouquet with enticing scents of lemon thyme, biscuit, and hints of acacia that are very Champagne-like. The Palate does not disappoint; it is incredibly well-balanced, delivering razor-sharp acidity and a tension-filled, persistent finish. A touch of red berry pops up on the aftertaste. This sparkling wine is all about nuance rather than overt flavors. Superb. A light golden color with a fine, persistent mousse. Citrus fruit aromas with hints of melon and honey. Chardonnay dominance brings finesse, along with crisp freshness. The Pinots add depth and character leading to a beautifully balanced finish. Will age gracefully over time as the Chardonnay matures.

Ridgeview Fitzrovia Rose NV

This is a rosé for red wine lovers – hearty and concentrated in the depths of the red fruit. The grapes are whole-bunch-pressed with gentle force to extract the juice softly with just the slightest of skin tannins. A blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier is created just before malolactic fermentation to integrate the varieties and highlight the beautiful strawberry fruit characteristics of the wine. Even as this wine is predominantly Chardonnay with a dosage of 10.5 g/L, the red fruits come through beautifully as a great match to steak tartare and a foil to classic English berries n' cream.

94 Points, Wine EnthusiastA delicate pale gold with silvery highlights in the glass. On the nose, concentrated quince & citrus aromas are balanced by gentle honey and brioche notes from cellar aging. White tropical fruits follow on the palate as the fine persistent bubbles create a mousse with a firm attack. A long, balanced crisp finish.
